Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or making a reservation at Hotel Maanu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Reservations & Bookings

• All reservations are subject to availability
• A valid credit card or advance payment is required to confirm bookings
• Room rates are per night and may exclude taxes and fees unless stated otherwise
• Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
• Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in
• The person making the reservation must be present at check-in

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in
• Late cancellation: Within 48 hours - one night's charge applies
• No-show: Full booking amount will be charged
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Special rates and packages may have different cancellation policies

Payment Terms

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and cash
• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Incidental charges must be settled at check-out
• A security deposit may be required at check-in

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Respect hotel property and other guests
• Comply with all hotel policies and Indian laws
• Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises
• Not cause disturbance or nuisance to other guests
• Be responsible for any damage caused to hotel property

Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings
• Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe or hotel safe deposit
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for misconduct

Modifications

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jalore, Rajasthan.
